Partner Access
How compensation works across the four Partner Access tracks — indicative ranges for planning purposes, not binding offers. Final terms are always set in writing before an opportunity is submitted or an engagement begins.
10–20% of collected fees
For scoped, lighter-touch contributions — an introduction, a completed deliverable, or a referred client who converts. Rate scales within the range by how qualified the introduction is and how much delivery work the contributor does themselves.
20–35% of collected fees
For hands-on operating engagements — owning a lane with an MSB design partner for 3–6 months. The higher end reflects active delivery and ongoing operating responsibility, not just an introduction.
Discussed after NDA + fit review
For capital, bank/MSB/PSP access, grants, revenue, or full operating responsibility. These are structural arrangements — governance terms, board involvement, or resource contribution — not referral commissions. No public percentage or equity figure is set in advance.
