Noetfield develops and operates TrustField, a financial operations and compliance software platform. References to "TrustField" in these Terms refer to the platform, products, and services provided by Noetfield Systems Inc., and not to a separate legal entity.

TrustField provides software and operational tooling. It does not provide legal advice, accounting opinions, regulatory registration determinations, custody, settlement, or money-transmission services.

Bac à sable (sans frais)

Self-serve sandbox is for evaluation and integration testing. You receive a TF program ID, checklist state, and API access in non-production mode. Do not submit live customer funds or production credentials in sandbox unless your counsel and program owners approve scoped testing.

Programmes publiés

Controlled Production Launch (CAD 4,900) and Connected Production engagements are fixed- or scoped-SOW engagements described on /pilot and /pricing. Commercial terms and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Noetfield Systems Inc. is the contracting and invoicing entity for TrustField engagements.

Limite de règlement

TrustField does not participate in settlement or custody.

TrustField does not itself provide custody or settlement services. Applicable custody and settlement activities remain with the customer’s designated providers.

Utilisation acceptable

Do not use TrustField to transmit prohibited data in API payloads, impersonate partners, or misrepresent licensing status. Noetfield may suspend abusive or non-compliant accounts.
