This Privacy Policy describes how Noetfield Systems Inc. collects, uses, discloses, protects, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the TrustField platform and related services. Where this policy uses "TrustField", the term refers to the product or platform operated by Noetfield Systems Inc.
TrustField provides software and operational tooling. It does not provide legal advice, accounting opinions, regulatory registration determinations, custody, settlement, or money-transmission services.
Ce que nous mesurons
With analytics consent, we collect anonymous page views, traffic source/referrer, and CTA click counts. Contact tickets, program intake, and Partner Access applications are stored as operational records — not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Ce que nous ne mesurons pas
Analytics must not collect payment payloads, beneficiary details, wallet data, bank/account/routing numbers, tokens, secrets, or private diligence documents. We do not use session replay or advertising pixels.
Smart Diagnose
Smart Diagnose Expert stores operator answers and a rules-review result to support product follow-up. Free-text fields are filtered for prompt-injection and sensitive patterns before storage. Ops Telegram alerts for these maps include ticket metadata only (ticket id, status, severity, human-review requirement) — not map answers, company names, case narratives, wallet data, or FINTRAC report references.
An optional external large-language-model provider may be used later for advisory synthesis only. That provider is not enabled until this Privacy Policy, the Data Processing summary, and a counsel-reviewed DPA name the provider and purpose. External LLM remains disabled. Model output cannot decide FILE/NO-FILE, invent regulatory obligations, auto-submit reports, override human compliance gates, or silently change deterministic scores.

Selon vos besoins, vous pouvez ensuite poursuivre avec un SOW de déploiement de flux, une validation technique en bac à sable ou des opérations gérées. Les MSB, PSP, banques et bourses enregistrés continuent d'exécuter les transactions réglementées; le client demeure l'entité déclarante.
