Deploy a production-ready operating workflow for MSB and exchange operations — intake, approvals, partner handoff, callbacks, exceptions, reconciliation, console, and audit trail. Output is a live system, not a readiness memo.

Timeline: Two weeks from SOW signature and receipt of the initial CAD 2,000 payment

Deliverables

  1. Customer or transaction intake
  2. Compliance and approval gates (maker-checker)
  3. Exchange or payment-partner routing
  4. Partner API handoff and status callbacks
  5. Exception queue and reconciliation rules
  6. Operator console and immutable audit trail

What this is not

  • Not Bank of Canada filing submission (regulator fees paid separately if applicable)
  • Not legal advice, audit, certification, or a guarantee of compliance
  • Not production payment processing, settlement, or custody
  • Not a determination of whether the customer must register under a regulatory regime
  • Registered MSBs, PSPs, banks, and exchanges execute regulated transactions; TrustField runs the operating workflow and the customer remains the Reporting Entity
