How it works
TF program ID → events → export → partner settlement. Program state and evidence on TrustField — movement and safeguarding at designated providers.
Settlement boundary
TrustField does not itself provide custody or settlement services. Applicable custody and settlement activities remain with the customer’s designated providers.
Durable program ops
Durability built into program workflows
Retries, scoped flow, and full observability — without asking your MSB to become an infrastructure team.
Retries & recovery
Partner rail failures do not orphan program state. TF program IDs, checklist progress, and event history stay intact while licensed partners retry downstream.
Workflow architecture →Program flow control
Partner-scoped intake, per-program API tokens, and operator checkpoints — so one corridor does not starve the rest of your book.
Partner programs →Observability & exports
Trace every step from registration.created through handoff record. Replay context for MLRO review — vendor brief and diligence pages included.
Compliance exports →FINTRAC case-operations delivery path
TrustField does not hand you a workflow diagram and disappear. We configure the workflow, launch it with your team, monitor it after go-live, fix in-scope failures, and remain available to operate and improve it.
1 · See the workflow
Run the FINTRAC Case Desk or open a customer-specific Workflow Proof.
2 · Confirm the customer-specific workflow
Workflow Confirmation locks scope, acceptance criteria, and the fixed launch quote.
3 · Configure and test
Configure one workflow on a simple data source, then shadow-test before go-live.
4 · Controlled go-live
Launch one real FINTRAC workflow for CAD 4,900 with operator onboarding.
5 · 60 days Launch Care
Monitoring, recovery, in-scope fixes, evidence checks, and operator support.
6 · Managed operation and expansion
Continue from CAD 750/month, then expand workflows when ready.
Experience and implementation
See the workflow, then TrustField builds and launches it — one production path at a time.
Experience
Run the public CRO → FINTRAC STR sample, then request a customer-specific Workflow Proof.
Implementation
From first look to controlled production — one workflow at a time. Pricing decisions live on the sample page — not as a second investment list.
- 1
Discover
See the workflow on the sample case or a Workflow Proof.
- 2
Confirm (optional)
Workflow Confirmation locks scope, roles, and the fixed launch quote when the path is unclear.
- 3
Choose one launch path
Controlled Production Launch with a simple data source, or Connected Launch when a live integration is required.
- 4
Launch Care
60 days Launch Care included on both production paths, then Managed Operations if you continue.
Package selection lives on the Workflow Sample page — one production launch, not a stacked price list.
What happens after go-live
We stay with the workflow after launch.
Every production launch includes 60 days of Launch Care beginning at controlled go-live. TrustField monitors the configured workflow, helps recover failed jobs, fixes in-scope defects, supports your operators, verifies evidence exports, and makes limited configuration adjustments while the workflow stabilizes.
You are not left alone after deployment.
TrustField support covers the operation, monitoring, recovery, configuration, and evidence functions of the agreed workflow. It does not provide legal advice, determine whether a report must be filed, or autonomously submit reports to FINTRAC.

Handoff
Payload-free handoff records go to licensed partners — TrustField does not move funds.

Every program receives a unique TF program ID. Operator actions flow through checklist, status, and event history your MLRO can export — HTML and CSV bundles for vendor review, plus print-ready diligence briefs per program.
- ✓TF-###### program ID on intake — visible on status, checklist, and diligence pages
- ✓Structured checklist and document evidence — not a substitute for your filings
- ✓Compliance export and diligence brief — for counsel and MLRO review folders
- ✓Positioning CI on ship — public copy cannot drift into PSP or custody claims

Launch one real workflow with Launch Care included
See a public sample, confirm scope if you want, then start Controlled Launch for CAD 4,900. Expand later to Connected Production or Managed Care. Your organization remains the Reporting Entity.
